We offer secure, worry-free online purchasing and accept VISA MasterCard and Discover. You may also place your order by printing your shopping cart and mail it to Elements Of Serenity with check or money order or by faxing your order to (714) 849.1379 with your credit card information.
Shipping Information
Domestic
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S.A. via UPS. Before checking out, you will be given the option of choosing either Standard or Rush delivery.
Standard delivery will usually arrive within 3-8 business days.
Rush delivery** will usually arrive within 2-3 business days.
**Rush delivery is not available on all items. Please be sure to provide a street address. If a P.O. box address is used, the order will automatically be sent Standard.
International
Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated after you have processed your order. Please note that same products may not be available for shipping to foreign countries due to size or weight restrictions. Before you are charged for the order, you will be notified via email with the exact shipping cost and product availability and asked whether or not you wish to proceed with the order.
Return Policy
We carefully select and stand behind every brand and product that we sell. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product you receive, we will be happy to give you a complete refund (shipping costs not included). Please email or phone us within 30 days of receiving your order to let us know you wish to return or exchange an item. We will then give you a return number to include with the package you are sending back. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice and circle which items are being returned. Please help us serve you better by noting the reason for your return.
